Configuration
System Settings
The Settings page allows administrators to configure core system parameters for the hospital management system. It includes fields for system name, title, address, phone number, email, currency, default VAT and discount percentages, time format, and footer messages. The page also supports uploading logos for the title and invoice sections. All required fields are marked with an asterisk, and changes can be saved using the Submit button.
Payment Gateways
The Payment Gateways section displays a list of available online payment methods, including PayPal, Pay U Money, Stripe, and Paystack, each with a Manage button for configuration. Users can select a gateway from the options on the right, with Paystack currently selected, and submit their choice.
ChatGPT API Key
The ChatGPT API Key page allows users to integrate AI-powered chat functionality by entering a valid API key from OpenAI. It includes a text field for inputting the key and a Submit button to save it. Instructions are provided to guide users in obtaining the key from the OpenAI platform.
Language Page
The Select Default Language page allows users to choose the preferred language for the system interface. It displays a grid of available languages, including Arabic, English (currently active), French, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, and Spanish, each with a flag and a selection option. Users can click on any language to set it as default and confirm the choice using the Submit button.
Bulk Import
The Bulk Import page enables users to upload multiple records at once using Excel or CSV files. It includes sections for importing patients, doctors, and medicines, each with a download link for the required file format and a file selection area. Users can choose a file and submit it for processing.
Transaction Logs
The Transaction Logs section displays a detailed record of all financial transactions, including date and time, invoice ID, patient name, deposit type, amount, creator, and action performed. Entries show various deposits made by patients such as Salma Nazir and Mr. Patient, with amounts ranging from Rs. 0 to Rs. 2000, primarily in cash. Each transaction is marked as either “Added” or “Updated Deposited.” Users can export data in Excel, CSV, PDF formats or print the list. A search bar allows filtering entries.
Login Logs
The Login Logs section displays a detailed record of user login activities, including name, email, role, IP address, and login timestamp. Entries show multiple logins by the Hospital Admin with the email admin@finasal.com , from various IP addresses across different dates and times. Each login is logged with precise timestamps, enabling system monitoring and security tracking. Users can export data in Excel, CSV, PDF formats or print the list. A search bar allows filtering entries.
Subscription Details
The Subscription Details page displays the current subscription plan, showing a Premium package with a yearly price of Rs. 100,000 and a monthly price of Rs. 10,000. It includes limits for 2000 patients and 1000 doctors, with a renewal date of 26-01-2026. The table lists payment history, including two Premium payments of Rs. 100,000 each, made via Cash. Users can renew the subscription or change the plan using the provided buttons.
