Doctors List
The Doctors section in the Fincare hospital management system provides a comprehensive view of all registered doctors, including their ID, name, email, phone number, department, and profile. Currently, three doctors are listed: Doc Benish, Tanvir, and Mr. Doctor, all under the Admin or Medicine departments. Each entry offers multiple management options such as viewing details, editing information, scheduling appointments, managing holidays and time slots, and deletion. The interface supports efficient data handling with search functionality and export options like Copy, Excel, CSV, PDF, and Print.
Add Doctor
The Add Doctor page allows administrators to register new doctors by filling out a detailed form. It includes fields for personal information such as name, email, password, phone number, and address. The department is selected from a dropdown menu, and a rich text editor is provided for entering the doctor’s profile details. Users can upload a profile image and signature image through designated browse buttons. The form concludes with a Submit button to save the entered data.
Treatment History
The Treatment History section displays the total number of patients treated by each doctor, both overall and within a selected date range. Users can filter data using “Date From” and “Date To” fields and submit the query to generate results. The table lists doctors with their respective IDs, names, and patient count. Each entry includes a Details button for viewing individual treatment records. A Print option is available for generating reports.
Doctor Visit
The Doctor Visit section displays a detailed list of visit types and their associated charges for each doctor. It includes columns for doctor name, visit description, visit charges, status, and options to edit or delete entries. The table shows various visit categories such as clinic checkups, online consultations, and follow-up visits with specified fees in rupees. All listed visits are currently marked as active. Users can export data in multiple formats like Excel, CSV, PDF, or print the report. A search bar allows filtering entries, and a button enables adding new visit records.
Schedule
The Schedule section displays the working hours of doctors across different days of the week. It includes details such as doctor name, weekday, start and end time, duration of each session, and options to delete entries. The table lists scheduled appointments for Doc Benish and Tanvir on various days with specified time slots and durations. Users can filter or search entries and export data in formats like Excel, CSV, PDF, or print the schedule.
Holidays
The Holidays section displays a list of scheduled off-days for doctors, showing the doctor’s name and the holiday date. Currently, one entry is listed for Doc Benish on 31-07-2025. Each record includes options to edit or delete the holiday. Users can export the data in various formats such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print it. A search bar allows filtering entries, and a button enables adding new holidays.
