Patient List

The All Patients section displays a list of registered patients with their ID, name, phone number, and due balance. Each patient entry includes options for editing, viewing details, managing cases, making payments, and deleting records. The table shows three patients: Salma Nazir, Zoraiz Khan, and Mr. Patient, with their respective balances displayed. Users can export data in formats like Excel, CSV, PDF, or print the list. A search bar enables filtering entries, and a button allows adding new patients.

Add New Patient

The New Patient Registration form collects comprehensive patient information including personal details such as full name, email, contact number, date of birth, and national ID. It includes medical profile fields for blood type, height, weight, gender, known allergies, and medical history. The form also captures residential address and emergency contact information. Users can upload a profile photo through the provided browse option. After filling all required fields, the patient can be registered by clicking the Register Patient button.

Users can export the data in formats such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print the list.

Patient Cases

The Cases section allows users to manage patient medical cases, with options to add new cases and view existing ones. The left panel includes fields for entering case details such as date, patient selection, title, symptoms, lab tests, and diagnosis. On the right, a table displays a list of recorded cases with patient information, case title, and date. Each entry provides options to view, edit, delete, or mark as completed. Users can export data in Excel, CSV, PDF formats or print the list.

Symptom List

The Symptom List displays a database of recorded symptoms with their names and descriptions. Currently, one symptom named “pain” is listed with no description provided. Each entry includes options to edit or delete the record. Users can export the list in formats such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print it. A search bar allows filtering entries, and a button enables adding new symptoms.

Diagnosis List

The Diagnosis List displays a structured database of medical diagnoses, including disease name, ICD-10 code, description, outbreak potential, and expected patient volume per week. Currently, one entry is listed for Dengue with ICD-10 code A90, classified under infectious and parasitic diseases by WHO. The record indicates it has outbreak potential and an expected weekly patient count of one. Each diagnosis includes options to edit or delete. Users can export the list in Excel, CSV, PDF formats or print it.

Treatment List

The Treatment List displays a database of medical treatments with fields for name, ICD-10- PCS code, and description. Currently, one treatment named “rest” is listed with no code or description provided. Each entry includes options to edit or delete. Users can export the list in Excel, CSV, PDF formats or print it. The Documents section displays a table for managing patient-related files, including columns for date, patient name, description, document, and options. Currently, no records are present in the table. Users can add new documents through the provided button, and existing entries can be exported in formats such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or printed.
